Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+00:00 – London) are processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing procedure before they are dispatched.

After processing, average shipping takes 4–7 working days. In total, you can therefore expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 working days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should a delay occur. Naturally, we will keep you informed and strive to keep delays to a minimum at all times.

Shipping service

For the delivery of our orders, we work with reliable parties such as DHL, Royal Mail and DPD. Thanks to this collaboration, you benefit from secure delivery and always have access to real-time tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel easily.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer various benefits. For orders above a certain amount, you benefit from free shipping. It is also possible to choose insured shipping, including priority handling, for a small additional charge. This ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care.
